You may upload music files, such as MusicXML scores. These files may include musical notation, lyrics, titles, composer names, arranger names, copyright notices, or other information included in the file.

Generated Content

We may store generated vocal audio, processing results, project/session data, job status, error logs, and generation history.

User Instructions

When you use the chat interface or describe what you want SightSinger to generate, we process your instructions so the service can understand and complete your request.

Payment Information

If you purchase a paid plan or credits, payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. We do not store full card details. We may store payment status, plan type, subscription status, customer ID, invoice references, and credit balance.

Usage and Technical Information

We may collect information such as device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, features used, referring website, analytics events, server logs, and error reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Process uploaded scores
• Generate vocal audio
• Manage trial credits, paid credits, and subscriptions
• Store and retrieve your projects and generated outputs

3. AI Processing

SightSinger uses AI-assisted processing to help understand your instructions and prepare musical processing steps.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded scores or generated audio.

We do not intend to use your uploaded scores or generated audio to train public AI models unless we clearly tell you and, where required, ask for your consent.

4. Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the content you upload to SightSinger.

You should only upload music files that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.

SightSinger processes your uploaded content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

5. Cookies and Analytics

SightSinger may use cookies and similar technologies for login, security, analytics, performance monitoring, and understanding how users find and use the service.

Some cookies are essential for the service to work. For non-essential cookies or analytics technologies, we will request consent where required by law.
